Meet and Greet
In this initial meeting we sit down and one of our experience staff will get to know a little about you and your family. What your requirements and expectations are and what you would like to see in your new custom home which will determine the style and size of your design.
Quote
After gathering your insurance information, plan of your previous lot, dimensions and neighborhood we have all the specific details and options required to complete your Custom Home. Aristotle Custom Homes will then put together a detailed quote for you with every customizable option to meet your every need.
Finance / Contract
We ask that you have your lender send us a letter of commitment between you, the lender and Aristotle Custom Homes to verify financing is approved. From there we set up a construction draw mortgage and discuss deposit requirements to get your build started.
Aristotle Custom Homes will have an offer to purchase contract drawn up that is signed by both parties. From there the contract will be sent to the legal teams, accompanied by a copy of your registration to New Home Warranty and Course Construction Insurance. From here the fun really begins and we head into the design of your new Custom Home.
